What is ahmad mahdavi damghani?

Ahmad Mahdavi Damghani is an Iranian mathematician born on June 24, 1957, in Damghan, Iran. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Tehran in 1980. He then obtained his Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Paris 7 in 1986.

Damghani has made significant contributions to several areas of mathematics, including algebraic geometry, topology, commutative algebra, and mathematical physics. He has published over 150 research papers in various prestigious mathematical journals and has received numerous awards for his work, including the Iranian Khwarizmi Award in 2015.

Since 2017, Damghani has been a faculty member of the Institute for Research in Fundamental Sciences (IPM), and he is also a professor at Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran, Iran. He has served on the editorial boards of several mathematical journals and has supervised over 30 Ph.D. students throughout his career.
